MassageCalls is a directory of listings and profiles by non/professional therapists and public. We reserve the right to delete submissions that violate these policies. So please read carefully MassageCalls submission policies before you submit your listing/profile.
Before you submit your listing/profile, please follow these points. Please ensure therefore that you read the following submission policies carefully. Submission will be taken as consent to certain uses of your information.
Check that your listing/profile is not already listed, Do a quick search at MassageCalls to be sure your listing/profile isn't already listed. This saves everyone time.
Do not submit any listing/profile with illegal/prohibited content and behaviour. Examples of illegal content include, but are not limited to, pornography, racism, religiously offensive material, libel, material that infringes any intellectual property right, and material that specifically advocates, solicits or abets illegal activity (such as fraud or violence). Prohibited behaviour includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any person by abusive, obscene or offensive content.
When you are ready to submit your listing/profile, identify the best category for your listing/profile. You should submit your listing/profile to the most relevant category. listing/profiles submitted to inappropriate or unrelated categories may be removed. If you cannot locate a suitable category, please contact us and suggest a new one.
Submitting an improper information rather than a well written description may prevent your listing/profile from being listed at all. Auto-submission software is a violation of this procedure. listing/profiles submitted automatically are deleted after the submission, without notification to you. Persistent automatic submission may force us to ban you from MassageCalls.
You acknowledge that all of your submissions as profiles or postings to the public portion of the website are public and not private information. Always use caution when giving out any personally identifying information about yourself. MassageCalls specifically disclaims any liability with regard to any actions resulting from your submissions and postings to the public portion of the website. Generally, any communication which you post to the website is considered to be non-confidential.
By posting communications on or through the website, you automatically grant MassageCalls a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, edit, translate, distribute, perform and display the information alone or as part of other works in any form, media or technology whether now known or hereafter developed. The foregoing grants shall include the right to exploit any proprietary rights in such communication, including but not limited to rights under copyright, trademark, service mark or patent laws under any relevant jurisdiction. You agree to waive any moral rights which you may have in such material. MassageCalls reserves the right to refuse to a listing/profile and/or remove any material sent or posted by you.
You, the user, also acknowledge that ALL PAYMENTS (made for paid listings/profiles) ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, IN WHOLE OR IN PART, EVEN IF THE WEBSITE IS DOWN FOR ANY REASONS AND/OR THE SERVICE IS SUSPENDED, CANCELLED OR TRANSFERRED PRIOR TO THE END OF THE THEN-CURRENT SERVICE TERM. MassageCalls reserves the right to change fees, surcharges, renewal fees or to institute new fees at any time, for any reason, at its sole discretion, without prior notice to you.
By registering with us you consent to the collection and use of your information by MassageCalls in the ways outlined above. If, having given your consent to the use of your data, you subsequently change your mind you can stop all, or particular uses of your data by deleting your listing(s) or profile(s) and by sending us an e-mail.
Finally you agree that you, the user, are 18 years of age or over. You are fully responsible for any information supplied by you. You also agree that you will not post any copyrighted material that is not owned by yourself or violates any laws.

Under no circumstances will MassageCalls be responsible for the material contained in any listing/profiles submitted. MassageCalls is not responsible for the accuracy or suitability of the content in the listing/profiles submitted. MassageCalls reserves the right, but has no obligation, to review and remove any listing/profiles or links, information, or any materials that are posted by users/third parties onto this site. MassageCalls is not responsible for messages, statements, information, or any kind of material posted by any user/third party. MassageCalls specifically disclaims any and all liability for any claims or damages which result from any postings/messages by users/third parties. MassageCalls takes no responsibility for the content or information contained in listing(s) by massage seekers and/or in profile(s) by massage providers.
